3CLogic hosted contact center platform provides the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) capability to enable contact centers manage information about prospects and customers over the internet without buying hardware or software.  However, if the contact center has in house CRM solution, the 3CLogicc solution can integrate in two ways, CRM URL and custom API to standard CRM solutions. The call center administrators can add the CRM URL to the campaign when setting up policies for campaigns. The CRM event when the customer information is displayed to the agent can be set to Alerting, Dialing or Connecting. If the CRM systems do not allow access to the data using CRM URL then an API will be needed to integrate with 3CLogic hosted contact center platform.  API for standard CRM solutions can be setup to integrate the CRM system.

Click-4-Agent can be used to collect leads from web. Using Click-4-Agent embeddable form leads can be collected from any website for the call center. Web site users can submit a form with their information and they will be called back for the support/desired purpose by Call center. Administrator can enable Click-4-Agent for your call center and customize purposes for which user may want callback. 3CLogic system also supports click for agent APIs. Lead Insertion API provides a Servlet API for inserting (adding) lead in 3CLogic Portal Lead Database for your call center. This API can be used actively for integration with some external systems which can add leads in 3CLogic Portal Lead Database for a call center.
