What kind of phone do I need to make calls?

3CLogic is your complete call center solution and you do not need another phone to make your calls. All you need is headphones, Windows PC and a broadband connection.


What are the different payment options?

There are a number of ways to pay for the service. Please contact 3CLogic sales at 240-454-6347 or info@3CLogic.com to determine the best payment option for you. You can also pay using a credit card of your choice or a PayPal account. Can 3CLogic send me a bill at the end of every month and is there a way for me to pay 3CLogic at the end of every month if I do not want to prepay?

Can I apply the minutes that I bought for my whole call center? Why are the minute packages tied to individual seats/agents?

Yes, we have different options available. You can buy minutes for the whole call center instead of individual seats. This way you can apply these minutes to your whole call center. How is the sound quality?

3CLogic uses the latest technology to ensure profesional grade sound quality.


If I discontinue the service for two months and restart it, will you charge me a set up fee again?

No. The set up fee is charged only once. Please contact 3CLogic sales at 240-454-6347 or info@3CLogic.com for more information.


How long will my information be stored with 3CLogic? While I am a customer and after I cease to be a client?

Your Call Details Records information will be stored for six months. The voice recordings will be available for two months only. Your information will be available for two months after you cease to be a client.


Can my agents working from home with broadband connection from a different company use 3CLogic?

Yes. The agents can work from anywhere as long as they have a broadband Internet connection. It really doesn’t matter who is the provider of broadband Internet connection.


Can my supervisor working from home view reports?

The reports are available from anywhere the supervisor has internet connection and an internet browser.


Can supervisor monitor agents' calls?

Yes, the system has the capability to allow the supervisor to barge in on any of the agents' calls at any time.


Do you provide leads for my business?

We do not provide leads to call centers directly. However, we will be happy to refer you to one of our partners who can provide you with leads.


What are the system requirements for installing 3CLogic client?

Please review the system requirements at http://3clogic.com/system_requirement.html . 3CLogic client can run on Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista PCs.


How much cost effective is 3CLogic hosted call center solution than normal call center?

3CLogic is very competitive because there is very little capital expenditure to start the call center. Even the ongoing costs for 3CLogic are very low compared to the maintenance charges that you might pay for an on-premise solution.


What are the key benefits of your service?

3CLogic is a fully hosted, web based solution with no upfront capital expense and very low ongoing costs. What are your support hours?

Support for 3CLogic is available 24 hours a day.


What format is used for reports?

Reports can be customized in pdf, excel, and .csv formats. These can be exported as and when required. Reports are available in both pictorial as well as data formats


Is the system fault tolerant? How do you do disaster recovery?

The system is hosted in a redundant configuration in a secured hosting facility. In case of a failure, redundant servers take over the functions of the failed unit. The redundant servers are distributed geographically to provide disaster recovery.
