Agents can connect with customers by calling them or receiving calls from them using the 3CLogic client.
3CLogic call blast allows you to blast hundreds of calls as broadcast messages to generate interactive calls where customers can transfer calls to live agents, automated surveys, polls, or alerts.
3CLogic clients can be used as hosted PBX with soft phone or SIP phones.
3CLogic client allows you to re-dial numbers that are constantly busy to get you through.
Installation, Support and Maintenance services - On-premise Solution
Installation: 3CLogic provides on-site or remote installation of the complete call center system. For remote installation we need a secure remote connection to servers in your data center. Our team of engineers will install and test the 3CLogic contact center software remotely.
Maintenance: All 3CLogic software maintenance work which includes adding new features, correct faults, improve performance, and purging
reporting data periodically is done remotely. Our engineers are trained to do remote maintenance with minimum disruption to your operations.
Support: 3CLogic offers both on-site and remote support. During the project turn-up stage we strongly recommend that you sign up for on-site support to ensure that your contact center is up and running quickly. After the turn-up stage, remote support is sufficient in most cases.
Customized support: We offer customized support, on-site support, dedicated project manager, dedicated customer support representative for your contact center who is familiar with your business and your requirements.
