<p>'3CLogic system uses your email server details to send out emails to the designated party but does not store these emails anywhere. There are 2 ways of keeping a copy of these outgoing emails: a) check the settings on your email server and see if there is an option to keep the copy of outgoing emails in the sent folder eventhough emails are sent from outside. OR b) On the email template enter a 'BCC' address, such that all outgoing emails are automatically sent to the address in the 'bcc', this way you will have a copy.'

<p>Email feature is available in 3CLogic and part of 3CLogic application. The email service uses existing email addresses and you cannot create new email address from 3CLogic.
