We are proud to announce that the new version of our client software, version 4.1 is here. To download the new version, go to mycallcenter.3clogic.com and type in your username and password. Click on the "Support" tab and download.
The previous version will be uninstalled during this process (follow the prompts).
To find out which version you are currently on, click on "3C">"Help">"About" and it will show you. The new version is: 4.1.0.12130
If you don't have that one, it is available to you.
