1. In the Project Leads section of our management portal, something customers have found useful is exporting a report of the Processed Leads (which are leads that have been given a disposition which causes them not to be dialed again).

    You can apply filters to these leads to narrow the selection and then click on "Export" near the top right of the screen. This will pull a report in .csv format. To retrieve it, click on the CRM tab at the top and then Exports on the left. You can then click on Download when the report is ready.

    This feature can be useful if you would like to analyze the call results, notes taken, and other call data for those leads that is important to your organization. Remember that these leads are still in the Processed Leads tab within your project. To remove them from the project, you will need to select them and click on Release near the top left.
