Does 3CLogic offer an IVR?

IVRs are a critical part of any customer experience. 3CLogic's Interaction Flow Designer provides you a drag-n-drop user interface to build dynamic and intelligent call workflows to deliver self-service or live agent routing with ease. 

I want the ability to make changes to the call flow on the fly. Is that possible?

Yes.  We designed our solution so that you can make daily changes with ease without the need to routinely depend on external help or IT services. 

Can I spot and analyze call flow trends to determine where I can optimize the customer journey?
Yes. 3CLogic's IVR analytics provides deep insights into the paths callers take (or don't). Can my agents work from home? What if we have a VPN?
Yes, agents with access to the internet and an internet browser can work from anywhere.  If your company uses a Virtual Private Network (VPN), no problem. 
Can my supervisor view reports on a tablet or another mobile device?

Yes, the 3CLogic administrative portal is browser based and available from anywhere the supervisor has internet connectivity and an internet browser. Where do you host your solution?

3CLogic is hosted globally on Amazon Web Services (AWS).  Thanks to AWS, we are able to deliver our customers a flexible, innovative, fast, secure, and dependable set of solutions built on the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.  

 

Does 3CLogic maintain any security certifications?

Yes.  3CLogic is SOC2 Type 1 & 2, ISO 27001, and HIPPA certified, as well as GDPR and PCI compliant. 

3CLogic is also hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud which adheres to additional security standards and compliance certifications, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, FedRAMP, GDPR, FIPS 140-2, and NIST 800-171 etc.

Because of security and compliance reasons we cannot allow call recordings to be stored in the cloud. Is that an issue?

While 3CLogic does by default offer hosting services for call recordings, customers also have the option to host them in their provisioned cloud instance or on-premise to meet any security compliance requirements.

I have already invested in a legacy platform, can I leverage that investment?
Yes, 3CLogic offers flexible deployment options based on your needs. Replacement of old legacy communication systems (ie: Cisco, Avaya, etc.) with new cloud solutions might not be a practical or realistic option for some organizations. With 3CLogic’s Hybrid Cloud and Connector deployment options, enjoy the immediate features, benefits and flexibility of a cloud Contact Center platform while leveraging your existing on-premise investment to fit to your cloud migration strategy and timeline.

What else do I need?

Nothing really!

3CLogic is a browser-based cloud-hosted solution.  No hardware or download required.  

As long as your team has internet connectivity and a PC/laptop/desktop, you are all set.  Enjoy working from the office or the remotely from the comfort of your home - anywhere really. Its up to you. 

What training is available?

3CLogic provides live virtual agent and supervisor training for all new customers.  Trainings are recorded and available on demand for future reference.  Additional trainings and support are available throughout the duration of any relationship as may be required. 

What type of support do you offer?

We understand that our solution is mission critical to your organization's success.  That's why we offer 24x7x365 global live agent support.  No premium packages or email only support services.  Instead its an all inclusive support network designed to make sure you and your team are in good hands - always.
