As Chairman and CEO of 3CLogic, Denis Seynhaeve brings more than 30 years of executive experience in management as well as early stage investing. As general partner of Force V Partners, LLC and previously Managing Partner of Delmag, another Mid-Atlantic fund, Denis has been involved with more than 50 early-stage businesses with a focus on the telecom, SaaS, software, networking, and services companies including Visual Networks (VNWK), Genband and Nextone Communications, WebMethods (WEBM), NaturalInsight, and Current Analysis. Previously, Denis was the CEO of Delsey, Inc., and grew its operations from startup to $27M in revenues. He also held management positions with Cartier SA, and Nestle. Denis earned an MBA from INSEAD, and a BA in Economics from Sciences-Po, Paris.
As the President and COO of 3CLogic, Raj Sharma plans and executes 3CLogic's strategy to create a market-leading cloud contact center solution. He is responsible for building and growing high-powered teams that ensure 3CLogic’s long-term success and profitability. Raj focuses on developing strategic customer relationships and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for customers that use 3CLogic’s cloud call center solution.
Raj is a networking and communications industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, and has served in senior level marketing and product management positions at Newbridge Networks (now Alcatel), Hughes Network Systems and IBM. Before becoming one of the founders of 3CLogic, he co-founded NexTone Communications (now Genband) and served as its President and CEO from its inception to its success as a standout telecommunications start-up.
Raj received an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU and dual MS degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Stevens Institute of Technology. He was a recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for 2000.
As Chief Financial Officer, Gerry brings more than 20 years of experience in supporting technology firms with extensive, hand-on financial management expertise. His prior experience includes senior positions with rapid growth technology firms, including Newbridge Networks (now Alcatel), South 49 Solutions, Ringio.com, and E-Certify Corporation. In addition, his financial consulting experience includes numerous engagements at firms such as Rosetta Stone, Sunrise Senior Living, AES, and XM/Sirius Radio.
Gerry earned a BS in Business from Wright State University, Ohio, an MBA from the University of Toronto, holds a CPA license from the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is the founder of the Canadian Business Network of Washington, a networking group for Canadian-American business professionals.
As Chief Innovation Officer, Robert Killory’s primary role is the development and execution of all product programs designed to sustain superior customer service and functionality.
Robert brings over 25 years of experience in developing and implementing Contact Center solutions. Before joining 3CLogic, he held a leading position at contact center technology firm, Leading Edge Technology Solutions, served as Director of Development and acting CTO for TouchStar Software, where he led the development efforts of both their flagship dialer and their other product offerings, and held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Architecure at JP Morgan Chase, contributing to the evolution of Chase's 3,100 call center seats.
As Chief Technology Officer, Sirish Bajpai works from 3CLogic’s NOIDA Innovation Center, where he leads the team of engineers who build, adapt, and constantly seek to innovate 3CLogic’s cutting edge solutions, products, and features.
Sirish graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Before joining the 3CLogic team as one of its original founders, Sirish worked for Hughes Software Systems, Newbridge Networks (now Alcatel), Ocular Networks (now Tellabs), and Texas Instruments.
As the Vice President and General Manager at 3CLogic, Ramana Reddy acts as the primary interface between the Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams. Responsible for determining and assessing 3CLogic’s long-term product vision, Ramana remains involved in all phases relating to system requirement analysis, product roadmap, as well as the oversight and timely delivery of software upgrades and enhancements.
Ramana received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Kakatiya University, India, and received his MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, at the University of Maryland. His previous work experience includes a variety of prestigious positions at Freddie Mac, AOL, the Department of Health and Human Services, and Verizon.
As the Director of Sales and Partnership Development, Daniel MacDonald is charged with growing the sales team and revenue for the company. In addition to recruiting, managing, and training new sales reps, Daniel is also tasked with cultivating and managing 3CLogic’s ongoing partnership development efforts.
Daniel comes to 3CLogic following his most recent role at Vocus Inc. with a lengthy sales and sales management career, having previously worked for Fortune 500 companies including ADP and American Express. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Washington College.
As Director of Client Experience, Kelley oversees the entire client lifecycle including on-boarding, customer support, and customer advocacy.
Kelley brings together a diverse background and over 18 years of call center management experience with key Executive Director level positions held at Ticketmaster, Comcast, Next Day Blinds, Marriott, and Costar Group. Recognized for her customer-friendly approach to business, she is the recipient of numerous industry awards including IQPC’s 2011 Call Center Leader of the Year and SSON’s 2011 Excellence in Customer Service Award. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate holder.
