As Chairman and CEO of 3CLogic, Denis Seynhaeve brings more than 30 years of executive experience in management as well as early-stage investing. As general partner of Force V Partners, LLC and previously Managing Partner of Delmag Ventures, another Mid-Atlantic fund, Denis has been involved with more than 50 early-stage businesses with a focus on the telecom, SaaS, software, networking, and services companies including Visual Networks (VNWK), Genband and Nextone Communications, WebMethods (WEBM), NaturalInsight, and Current Analysis. Earlier, Denis was the CEO of Delsey, Inc. He also held management positions with Cartier SA, and Nestle. Denis earned an MBA from INSEAD, and a BA in Economics from Sciences-Po, Paris.
As Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering, Vikas accelerates 3CLogic’s success in attracting enterprise clients to its leading cloud Contact Center platform. Vikas brings an extensive background in customer relationship platforms and communications. Previously CTO at Verint Systems (Nasdaq: VRNT), he brings over two decades of experience creating solutions for the Global 2000 with former senior positions held at Kana Communications (acquired by Verint for >$500M), eGain, and IBM. Vikas holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Alberta.
As Vice President of Sales for 3CLogic, Matt Durkin brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and healthcare industry sales and business development. Before joining 3CLogic, Matt ran the healthcare sales division for Dell-Compellent, doubling sales annually. Earlier in his career, he grew Clariion revenues from $20M to $700M and was employee #17 at EMC. Matt also held C-level and sales leadership positions at Terascape and Neartek Inc. Matt earned a BA in Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
As Vice President of Business Development and Alliances, Guillaume is responsible for managing business development activities, including business analysis, strategic planning, and managing key business relationships. Before 3CLogic, Guillaume held numerous positions at Charles Schwab over his ten-year tenure including VP Financial Consultant during which he managed and grew a $310M portfolio as one of the youngest consultants company-wide. Guillaume holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, at the University of Maryland.
As Vice President of Product Management, Navya is responsible for managing critical projects and major releases, in addition to formulating roadmaps that are cohesive with the market while aligned with 3CLogic’s product vision. Prior to 3CLogic, she held technical roles with MSI systems integrators and TD Ameritrade. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and an MS in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
As Director of Service Delivery for 3CLogic, David Hart brings more than 25 years of experience in technical operations and management. David has extensive experience in Telecom Facilities Management, Billing, Operations and Switch Maintenance, as well as led multiple infrastructure build-out and migration projects. He managed multiple international interconnection relationships in locations including Jordan, Guinea, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Ghana. David has also served as Chief Technical Officer for several startups, including WTXC and SB Link Telecom.
As Director of Marketing for 3CLogic, Kathy Ruxton is responsible for strategic planning and tactical execution of multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives to land and expand 3CLogic's cloud communication platform in enterprises across the globe. Kathy brings 10+ years experience managing inbound and outbound projects in support of strategic product positioning, lead generation, event promotion and product launches, and is a 5-time SIPA Award Winner in various marketing categories, including: Best Marketing for a New Product Launch, Best Editorial and Marketing Collaboration and the Margie Weiner Award for Best Marketing Campaign of the Year.
As Chief Financial Officer, Gerry brings more than 20 years of experience in supporting technology firms with extensive, hands-on financial management expertise. His prior experience includes senior positions with rapid growth technology firms, including Newbridge Networks (now Alcatel), South 49 Solutions, Ringio.com, and E-Certify Corporation. His financial consulting experience includes numerous engagements at firms such as Rosetta Stone, Sunrise Senior Living, AES, and XM/Sirius Radio. Gerry earned a BS in Business from Wright State University, Ohio, an MBA from the University of Toronto, holds a CPA license from the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is the founder of the Canadian Business Network of Washington, a networking group for Canadian-American business professionals.
